We are not only estate agents selling homes, we also act as a buying agent. We look for homes and seek to acquire them on behalf of our clients. Some clients just want help looking for a new home, some want help to evaluate a property and to negotiate the best deal.

Buying a home for many people is the single most expensive purchase we make in our lives and we only do it on average every seven years, so its important to get it right! The properties we have sourced range from a beach hut on the east coast, to buying a multi-million country residence, to helping investors build property portfolios.
According to Rightmove.co.uk sellers typically accepted around 5% less than their final asking price. Zoopla says that it’s just 3.86% and figures published by Hometrack suggest that an average buyer pays 97% of the asking price. We often achieve substantial savings for our clients well above these figures.
