I just wanted to say how very pleased we are with our property we purchased through Lovelle recently ….We really cannot praise Sophie Chapman enough.. not only is she friendly and very professional she has helped us with our purchase when our own solicitor was at times indifferent ..Sophie is not only a charming young lady but very conscientious .She always without fail came back to us if we asked her for help and we had more updates from her than we did from our Solicitor ! Now that the dust has settled and we have moved from the above to our temporary residence pending our move to Shrewsbury, Linda and I would like to thank you both and your other colleagues for the professional way in which you dealt with our sale. Our previous dealings of other estate agents in the area has not always been positive so we had some apprehension when listing our property but the team at the Brigg office have been fantastic

Didn’t undercut our property value for a quick sale, got us a realistic and competitive price for our home that has enabled us to move on to our dream home. From the second she came to value our home in October to today upon completion her communication and customer service has been amazing, we would recommend her and Lovelle Brigg to anyone.
