As a company. Lovelle Lettings has been in operation since 2007 and we are incredibly proud to have twice won the ‘gold’ award at the British Property Awards (2018/2019) as this independently awarded and verified through mystery shopping. Sam Wright – Director
Sam joined the team in 2018 after a career in retail banking across Yorkshire and since joining has restructured the team, processes and procedures based on customer feedback and technological advances. Our vulnerable customer specialist, Sam is regularly seen out in properties or forging relationships with local businesses, council or charities.
Teresa Bileby – Director
Joined the team after choosing a change of career after leaving the world of local newspapers. Teresa’s change management, training and customer service skills have helped to provide fantastic in house training and development for our team.
Emily Davies – Business Development
Emily joined the team 4 years ago and has grown in her role to now look after our new clients. By personally taking our new landlords through our on-boarding process, Emily is a fantastic support for those people who may be starting on the path of property investment s whilst also building fantastic relationships with our existing clients.
Lucy Woods – Inspector and project co-ordinator
Lucy first joined the team as an apprentice and has grown within her role to now take responsibility for all property inspections and compliance. As our projects co-ordinator, Lucy is also responsible for the renovation projects undertaken on behalf of our customers. This could be anything from new carpets and decoration through to a whole house being updated. Lucy will advise you on the looks and styles that will help to maximise your investment.
Wendy Good – End of tenancy co-ordinator
Wendy has a wealth of lettings experience that was gained pre-Lovelle. Joining us in 2017, Wendy specialises in the end of tenancy process to make the transition from one tenant to another as smooth as possible whilst also conducting many of our viewings.
Beckie Burton – Accounts
Beckie joined the Lovelle family in 2018 and now runs our accounts department. Beckie is always happy to provide any help and support needed relating to your account
Jamie Morgan – Arrears Coordinator
Jamie joined the team in June 2021 and solely looks after those tenants who may fall into arrears. We have in place a robust process for working with people who may have temporary financial issues to try and achieve the best possible outcome for all parties and as the world changes, this is something that is permanently under review.

Initial valuation by Lewis Wilson carried out with minimum of fuss, albeit a little optimistic in my opinion! Little response in first 2 weeks so price dropped to what I considered to be more reasonable and sold within 10 days. Very happy with the service and communications and internal management.

I sold my house with Lovelle Bacons within 72 hours of putting it on the market. They found the ideal buyers straight away. The team supported us through the process, explaining all of the stages, as we had not sold a house before, it was a whole new world. We then went on to buy a house through Lovelle Bacons also, after viewing quite a few houses from different estate agents in the area. We had initially looked at pictures of the house, and dismissed it, but on further advice from Briony, had a look, and fell in love! |We have received the most amazing service from the Sales team in Grimsby. We had been in our property for nearly thirty years and had completely forgotten how stressful selling a house can be. However, from the initial valuation by Chelsey, whom we took to immediately, to the lovely photos of our house taken by Lewis, who very quickly got these and the expertly produced brochure on line, working in the evenings to do this, to James, our allocated agent, who must be the kindest, most dedicated professional working in his field, we cannot praise this agency enough. Once our sale had been agreed there began a period of very frustrating delays in exchange and completion, caused entirely by the inefficiency of a conveyancing firm at the bottom of the quite short chain. We really don’t think we would have come out of this process sound in body and mind without James! He has been amazing in reassuring us, in chasing up solicitors and estate agents down the chain, in liaising with our buyers and really acting as a counsellor to us and to our buyers when it seemed as if things were just grinding to a halt.
