As a company. Lovelle Lettings has been in operation since 2007 and we are incredibly proud to have twice won the ‘gold’ award at the British Property Awards (2018/2019) as this independently awarded and verified through mystery shopping. Sam Wright – Director
Sam joined the team in 2018 after a career in retail banking across Yorkshire and since joining has restructured the team, processes and procedures based on customer feedback and technological advances. Our vulnerable customer specialist, Sam is regularly seen out in properties or forging relationships with local businesses, council or charities.
Teresa Bielby – Director
Joined the team after choosing a change of career after leaving the world of local newspapers. Teresa’s change management, training and customer service skills have helped to provide fantastic in house training and development for our team.
Judith Stillgoe – Branch manager
Our Louth Branch manager Judith, joined the team with 15 years industry experience and has built fantastic relationships with our customer base throughout the wider Lincolnshire area. Her knowledge and expertise will help you to realise the maximum potential from your investment.
Caroline joined the team with 5 years industry experience and is responsible for our mid tenancy inspections and end of tenancy processes to make the transition from one tenant to another as seamless as possible.
Katrina is our newest member of the team, joining mid-pandemic in August 19 and is responsible for our pre-tenancy due diligence and property compliance in order to create lasting tenancies and a great return on your investment.
